What is a parfum?
Parfum is the highest and most luxurious concentration in the world of fragrance. Containing between 20% and 40% fragrance oils, it is crafted for exceptional longevity, richness, and depth. Its refined composition allows the scent to remain beautifully on the skin for more than 12 hours, creating a smooth, powerful, and unforgettable signature.
Eau de Parfum contains a fragrance oil concentration of around 15% to 20%, offering a rich and long-lasting scent experience. It typically lasts between 6 to 8 hours on the skin while providing a balanced blend of freshness, depth, and projection. Stronger and more intense than Eau de Toilette, Eau de Parfum is known for its impressive staying power and refined scent trail.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team at support@velqaralondon.com with your order number within 15 minutes of placing your order. While we will make every effort to process your request promptly, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, you may still return the item in accordance with our Returns Policy, provided it remains unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange, replacement, or refund, provided the item is unused, sealed, and returned in its original packaging.

Fragrances purchased directly from our website or from one of our authorised stockists are guaranteed to be genuine VELQARA products. Unfortunately, we are unable to verify or provide support for fragrances obtained through unauthorised sellers or second-hand sources. To ensure authenticity, product quality, and the highest level of customer service, we recommend purchasing only from official VELQARA channels and approved retailers.

Our fragrances contain a high concentration of carefully selected natural ingredients. As a result, slight sediment or cloudiness may occasionally appear. This is a natural occurrence in compositions rich in natural materials and does not affect the quality or performance of the fragrance.

Our fragrances are not tested on animals. We do not use animal derived ingredients in our fragrances, although certain compositions may contain naturally sourced beeswax or ambergris. These materials are obtained without causing harm to the animal.
